Jensen Transport was founded in 1930 by Elmer Jensen. A great deal of hard work, blood, sweat and a few tears allowed him and his wife Nellie to build a thriving trucking business, hauling corn syrup and other products across the country and into Canada. When first starting out, Elmer drove the trucks and Nellie did all the dispatching and office work. The principles that he implemented when founding the company have been passed down from generation to generation in our family owned and run business. Elmer’s theory on business can be summed up in three words. “Treat people right.” That goes for clients, employees and the general community, its just good business.
Elmer’s sons and now grandsons have taken over operations of the company that has now been in business for over 8 decades.
