Jensen Transport is a family-owned, food-grade bulk carrier founded in Independence, Iowa in 1930. We run from our Independence headquarters and serve shippers across Iowa, Illinois, the U.S. and into Canada.

• Independence, Iowa – 1100 2nd Ave NE, Independence, IA 50644.

Service areas

• Cedar Rapids, Iowa – eastern Iowa’s corn-processing hub, about 44 road miles south of Independence. Corn, soy and other food-grade products load here, and we offer rail-to-truck transloading in the Cedar Rapids area.
• Keokuk, Iowa – we load and haul out of the Keokuk area.
• Eddyville, Iowa – a major corn-processing center in southeast Iowa.
• Decatur, Illinois – a major corn and soybean processing center in central Illinois.

• Liquid bulk: kosher-approved, insulated, smooth-bore stainless steel tankers.
• Dry bulk: kosher-approved Heil aluminum pneumatic trailers.
• Transloading: rail to truck, dust-collected, ground level.
• Recovery: vacuum trailers, cleanout and plant recovery.
